Windows installer service can not update one or more protected windows files, installation failed -

Ini merupakan pesan error yang saya jumpai saat menginstall office 2007. setelah googling sana sini ternyata penyebabnya adalah ada file update windows yang hilang, yaitu: 

>Fp4autl.dll

>FP4AWEC.DLL

Download Fp4awec.dll disini

Solusinya adalah kita tinggal mendownload file teresbut, lalu diletakkan di folder:

" C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\40\bin"

 

Selesai, dan coba install kembali office anda ^_^
